The bright living space opens to a charming terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner al fresco, and is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city or the beach.
Please note that the ground-floor backyard and swimming pool are not accessible from the apartment.Upon entering, you are welcomed into a bright open-plan living and dining area that opens onto a private terrace, the perfect spot to enjoy Valencia’s sunshine and Mediterranean climate all year round. On this main floor you will also find a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable double bedroom with a 150×200 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom.
A staircase leads to the upper loft level, ideal for families. One bedroom features a 180×200 cm king-size bed, a trundle bed with two single mattresses (90×190 cm) and an en-suite bathroom. From the loft hallway you can access another full bathroom and an additional bedroom with two large single beds (110×200 cm).
